NACHO MONREAL has explained what life at Arsenal would be like without Arsene Wenger in charge.
Arsenal have endured a torrid spell, losing four of their past five Premier League games.
After their latest defeat, Arsene Wenger claimed fans will know about his future "very soon".
Despite calls from the supporters for him to quit, the Frenchman is preparing a list of summer targets in the event Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil should leave.
The Gunners have won just two major trophies since 2005, but Monreal has given his full backing to Wenger.

Arsene Wenger's Arsenal future remains unclear"An Arsenal without Wenger? It’s complicated, isn’t it?," Monreal told Spanish radio station Radio Marca.
"It’s complicated to imagine it, because he’s been the manager for more than 20 years, and the truth is I can’t imagine it, but only time will tell.
"At the end of the day, he’s someone who’s been at the club for 20 years. He’s the boss.
"He holds the most weight in the dressing room, at board level, and he controls pretty much everything, but he’s very approachable."
Although there have been suggestions of a rift in the camp between the players and the manager, Monreal is adamant him and his team-mates won't let their poor form get them down.
He added: "He’s someone who speaks with the players, asks about everyone’s situations. He always has positive things to say, and he likes to have a controlled dressing room, and a good atmosphere.
"We’re fortunate to have him.
“We’ll give everything until the end. If he decides to renew, then of course we’ll be behind him, we trust him.”
