A further 17,000 tickets will be taken up by Club Wembley members.
Tickets range from £50 to £120.
Arsenal have approximately 45,000 season-ticket holders, and chief executive Ivan Gazidis expressed his disappointment after many Gunners supporters missed last season's FA Cup win over Hull.
