ALEX IWOBI has revealed he hardly chats with Mesut Ozil - but Arsenal’s star playmaker is happy to offer advice.
The Gunners prodigy has established himself as a regular this season in Arsene Wenger’s first XI.
And Iwobi’s solid form alongside Ozil in the team is reportedly set to earn him another new contract, while Arsenal continue trying to tie down the German.
Despite their on-field chemistry, the Nigeria international claims they aren’t yet close friends away from the Emirates.

But the ex-Real Madrid star has helped welcome the 20-year-old into the Gunners set-up with more and more being expected.
“Mesut just tells me that I’m young and need to express myself on the pitch,” Iwobi told the club’s official website.
“Obviously I need to listen to other people’s advice as well, but he tells me to always play with a smile on my face and enjoy the game.
“When I saw [his comments comparing me to Okocha and Edgar Davids] I was like, ‘Wow is he serious?’ because he never really says that much to me.

“He just gives me advice and help, but it’s such a confidence boost for such a great player to say that about me.”
Iwobi is expected to start a fourth league game in a row for Arsenal today against Swansea (3pm) at the Emirates.
And despite an injury scare for Germany’s Ozil while on international duty, he has declared himself fit to play.
