Lucas Perez Dropped – Arsenal v Stoke [Predicted Lineup]

Arsenal take on Stoke in the Premier League on Saturday but we expect they’ll have to do it without midweek hero Lucas Perez. The Spaniard got his first Champions League goals for the club with his hat-trick against FC Basel but we don’t think he’ll play from the off against Stoke.

Here’s how we think Arsenal will line up:

GK) Petr Cech

The Czech stopper will return in goals for Arsenal. The Gunners haven’t kept a clean sheet in nine matches and that is something Petr Cech will want to change on Saturday.

RB) Hector Bellerin

We expect Hector Bellerin to return for the Gunners on Saturday. The Spaniard has missed the last six matches but is facing a late fitness test ahead of the Stoke match.

CB) Laurent Koscielny

Laurent Koscielny should start from the off tomorrow. The Frenchman hasn’t missed a Premier League match since the opening weekend of the season and we expect that to continue.

CB) Shkodran Mustafi

Shkodran Mustafi was dropped to the bench on Tuesday but he should come back in against Stoke. Rob Holding put in a very good performance but the German should start alongside Koscielny.

LB) Kieran Gibbs

After setting up all three of Lucas Perez’s goals against FC Basel, we expect Kieran Gibbs to keep his place at left-back. The 28-year-old was one of the standout players on Tuesday night and has been close to taking Nacho Monreal’s starting spot for some time.
