Arsenal could lose star midfielder as three La Liga clubs consider moves Arsenal's injury list

ARSENAL playmaker Santi Cazorla has attracted a host of interest from La Liga ahead of the January window.

The Spain international is out of contract in June and is yet to put pen to paper on a new deal at the north London club.

And according to Spanish website Fichajes, his contract situation has put La Liga clubs Atletico Madrid, Valencia and Sevilla on red alert.

The report fails to mention whether they’ll look to sign him in a cut-price deal in January or wait until he becomes a free agent in the summer.

The 31-year-old midfielder has featured nine times for the Gunners across all competitions this term, scoring two goals and setting up as many in the process.

Santi Cazorla attracts interest from La Liga

Cazorla, formerly of Villarreal and Malaga, admitted earlier this month that he would be open to committing his future at the Emirates.

"If they’ll offer me a new contract, I’ll sign it because I am very happy with this great club," Cazorla told Spanish radio station Cadena SER.

"I am happy here. I am trusted by the manager and my team-mates."
