AC Milan Aim To Sign Jack Wilshere In The Summer

AC Milan are preparing themselves to bid for Jack Wilshere once again in the summer. The on-loan Arsenal midfielder has temporarily settled for a role with Bournemouth FC but may now be considering a permanent future away from the Emirates.

According to the Daily Star, the England midfielder might not turn away from a potential move to the Serie A club if the opportunity arises next summer.

Wilshere, who made a last minute decision to join the Cherries on loan was also approached by Crystal Palace, West Ham, Roma and the Milan outfit with up to 20 clubs interested in signing him on Deadline Day in August.

Though all the other clubs have given up their chase, AC Milan are gearing up for yet another bid for the midfielder.

The source reports the Italian club will approach the 24-year-old at the end of the season with only one year left on his contract with Arsenal.

Wilshere was included in the England squad for their recent games against Scotland and Spain but failed to earn any game time.

The continued struggle to be an England regular might force him to adapt Joe Hart’s approach, who opted for a loan move to Torino in order to avoid the bench at Manchester City.

That said, Arsene Wenger still sees Wilshere as a long-term Gunner but a second approach from Milan considering the already tight competition in the Arsenal midfield might make a move to Italy hard to resist.

Let’s hope the England international continues his strong run of form with Bournemouth and returns to Arsenal raring to go next season.
