Arsenal are reportedly chasing a 16-year-old Swedish wonderkid who has been labelled 'the next Ozil'.
Young sensation Peter Gwargis is currently playing for Husqvarna FF in his own country and it is understood he is already training with the first team despite his tender years.
The attacking midfielder's representative, Walid Faour, confirmed the Gunners' interest, but says he has offers from the Netherlands as well.
He told the Swedish media: "Both Arsenal and PSV have sent invitations, but now Feyenoord are the most interested. I'm in Holland right now for a visit to Feyenoord with Peter Gwargis.
“Peter has trained with both U17 and U19s. This is a left-footed offensive __football player who many here believe will be a new Ozil."
Iwobi's dad: We have no interest in Barca switch
Alex Iwobi has no intention of swapping Arsenal for Barcelona as he looks to continue his development.
That's the view of his father, Chuka, who believes that the Emirates Stadium is the right place for Iwobi to keep learning, and says his career 'is not about making money', writes Mirror Football's Alex Richards.
“At this point in time, he is at the right place. He’s doing well at Arsenal, but should any club come for him now, the answer would certainly be no,” said Iwobi's father, speaking to AfricanFootball.com.
“For him now, it’s not about the money.
"So, should a club like Barcelona come with more money, he will certainly stay back at Arsenal because now it is not about him making money, it’s about him concentrating on his career, progressing and going on to the next stage.”
Wenger asks Koscielny NOT to play for France
Arsene Wenger has asked France not to risk Laurent Koscielny - to ensure he is fit to face Manchester United, writes Mirror Football's John Cross.
Wenger, in an interview with beIN Sports, said: “I’ve never tried to prevent a player from international duty. When it’s a competitive game I never intervene.
“When it’s a friendly game, for example now Koscielny goes to the French national team, having played every single game apart from the first game of the season with us.
“France plays a friendly with Ivory Coast in the second game on Tuesday night. I can’t see the purpose of Koscielny playing the second game.
“I understand completely him playing against Sweden, it’s difficult to understand him playing the whole game against Ivory Coast because afterwards we play at Manchester United and then Paris Saint Germain.
