The international break is tough on everyone, trust us.
With no Premier League action to focus on, we're left obsessing over just what is going on in various international squads around the world, with even the slightest bit of news snapped up.
The worst news though, is always injuries.
And Arsenal fans have once again been put through the wringer on that front this week, with news that Chile's Alexis Sanchez and Spain's Hector Bellerin have both picked up problems whilst with their respective squads.
The pair are two key players in the Gunners' title challenge, so obviously Arsenal fans reacted to the news with a mixture of dread and blind panic.
Alexis probably the one player I'd most want fit. Playing him at centre-forward is what's made us fun to watch this year. And effective.

But don't worry, Gooners!
We're here to reassure you that everything is okay. Or at least it will be if you follow our seven-step guide for survival.
Step 1: Take a deep breath
There. Better?
Step 2: Go outside
It's called an international 'break' for a reason.
Have a day off from __football news, go and talk to people, do some Christmas shopping.
We'll all still be here when you come back.
Step 3: Talk to new people
For two weeks you no longer have to include your thoughts on Aaron Ramsey's best position in every one of your conversations.
Embrace it.
Step 4: Stop asking so many questions
@johncrossmirror will alexis play vs uruguay?

@eaamalyon @MirrorFootball will he play vs man u?
— Arsenaltico Londrid (@riparsenalfc) November 9, 2016
When we know, you'll know.
For now just try and relax.
Step 5: Try and take up another hobby
Throw yourself into something else for a while, and focus on that instead of waiting for more Arsenal news.
Warning: this may require wearing funny trousers.
Step 6: Convince yourself that everything will be fine anyway
Both injuries don't look to be that serious, and a squad as good as Arsenal's will always have quality replacements if they're needed for a couple of games.
There's Olivier Giroud, Theo Walcott and... er, Carl Jenkinson. Lucas Perez too. Although he's injured as well isn't he?
This isn't really helping, is it?
Step 7: Read up on some world news
Oh God. Actually, don't do that.
